• Enquiry form — name, email address, the subject of your enquiry and your message. Used solely to answer you.
• Print order form — name, email, phone, shipping address, chosen artwork, size, quantity and any notes. Used to confirm the order, quote shipping and arrange delivery.
• Mailing list — your email address only, stored after you submit it, used to send occasional studio letters. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Server logs — the hosting provider records standard technical request data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and operation. These are not used to profile visitors.

Legal basis: your consent for the mailing list, and the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request for enquiries and orders (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Form submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database and delivered as an email notification to the studio inbox. Both the database and the sending infrastructure are operated by the studio's hosting and email providers under data-processing agreements.

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards. Order records are kept as long as required by [applicable commercial and tax retention period]. Mailing-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the studio through the contact page and it will be handled without delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Pages on this site link out to Instagram, TikTok and sacredvisionretreat.com. Those services have their own privacy practices; nothing is embedded from them on this site, so no data is shared with them until you follow a link.
